Assume you have been assigned as either the Logistics Section Chief or the Finance and Administration Section Chief for the JPB Northern Railroad Train Derailment Scenario. First, read the situational briefing and refer to the Incident Command System organization chart. Most importantly, consider which units or branches you would staff and why.
