Description In this assignment, you will apply John Kingdon’s multiple stream framework to a policy topic of your choice. Kingdon’s framework is used to answer the question: how does an idea’s time come? For this paper, you will explore when and how your policy topic got on to the agenda. You can examine a specific time when it became an issue or look at how it has evolved as an issue over time.
