Week 8: Track and Monitor your Ads
Part of an effective marketing campaign is tracking and reacting to your campaign’s successes. From your website stats to PPC stats, there are many ways to determine what is working and what isn’t. By paying attention you’ll learn volumes about your ads and how to hone them for best results.
Track your coupons, sales codes, and each ad you pay for from your social media efforts, etc. Track every activity you have. You can use Google’s DFP Small business. It’s a free service that is somewhat easy to implement and it
provides you with powerful ad tracking management and support as well. Facebook and Instagram have their own reports to provide you with as well.
Action: Everyday for a week review your company ad results. Track them in your tracking sheet and see if there are any patterns. Which ones are performing, where and why? If some aren’t working, replace them with others that are or try another from your hold list.
